In the energy sector, our company possesses extensive experience dealing with various energy projects. Our Associates are involved in several energy projects, particularly in renewable energy with emphasis on the acquisition of production and installation licenses and operation of photovoltaic parks, wind and hydro electric parks, all over Greece. Our services cover all the stages of an energy project from the initial structuring to the final installation and production of electric power. In particular, our Associates have developed expertise in:

• the preparation of files and monitoring of the licensing process for the production of electric power from Renewable Energy Sources before the competent Greek Authorities [Regulatory Authority of Energy (RAE) and Ministry of Environment and Climate Affairs],
• the drafting and negotiation of agreements with EPC contractors,
• the preparation of files and monitoring of the licensing process for the production / installation licenses including technical, economical and legal requirements,
• the review and implementation of all the necessary steps for the pertinent project finance with major Greek / foreign banks, operating in Greece,
• researching and review of land issues throughout Greece for the purchase / lease of the sites for the installation of renewable energy parks and/or permitting,
• monitoring licensing process with the Greek Regulatory Authority for Energy in all pending licensing matters.
