  • Developed productive sourcing relationships throughout China.

Result: Capitalized on growth opportunity through inventing, planning and designing of PHILOXENIA ETHYM PARK of CHINESE CULTURE & CIVILIZATION – an investment program to be developed in Greece in 2014 after (1st phase)

  • Developed productive sourcing relationships throughout Europe. Result: Capitalized on growth opportunity through cooperation with EUROP INVEST in planning and designing of POSEIDON VILLAGE in LAVRION, ATTICA- a project under construction (1st phase postponed due to urban planning licenses)

Corporate Real Estate in Greece 2002 to 2006

  • As Project Manager advised a Greece-based client to successfully participate in an international tender and execute a huge installation project for the Greek public sector (installations of Financial and Economic Crime Unit (S.D.O.E).
  • Identified and acquired new business, and managed all aspects of the project – from scope of work through provision of deliverables, follow- up, and relationship management-for large-scale, long –term projects.
  • Retained by Greece-based client to advise and participate in executing an installation project for Ministry of Public Order and Citizen Protection (installations in Marousi, Attica)

Olympic Airlines 1998 to 2002

Commercial Manager of OA Group of Affiliates Companies

  • Managed start-up of independent Unit of Affiliates Companies of “Olympic Airlines” in Greece and Abroad.
  • Delivered of a full-range of consulting services in concluding a complete package of multi-handling contracts between mother company (OA) and subsidiary “Olympic Aviation”. Restored financial controls and operating efficiency and improved EBIT significantly.
  • Led the development of subsidiary “Macedonian Airlines” after: successful organizational design; operational and financial turnaround; and market strategy and research.

Head of OA Handling Agreements Division 1992 to 1998

  • Negotiated multimillion-euro handling agreements with Charter Operators in Europe and Middle East and Russia.
  • Instituted “best practices” in handling services provided by mother company (Olympic Airlines) throughout Greece to Charter Operators.
  • Established long-term relationships with OA clients

Instructor in Training Center of Olympic Airlines          

  • Specialized in D.C.S. (Departure Control System) for Airline’s staff educated more than 4.000 employees and technicians using late educational techniques not only in the Training Center but also in Airports (on-the-job-training).

Employment by Olympic Airlines 1976 to 1992

  • Led and participated in numerous engagements in functional areas.
    Performed overall reviews and coordinated operating policies and procedures for airline’s staff. As duty officer worked in several primary positions (at Athens and Thessaloniki Airports).
  • In May 1976 was hired by Olympic Airlines management team.
